Wedding Carol & Salim
Our plans tend to follow where life wants to take us. It’s that simple. We make plans, and in the end, something completely different happens—something we didn’t expect, but that ultimately takes us exactly where we were meant to be.
That’s more or less what happened to Carol. She wasn’t planning on getting married—and yet here we are, looking at the photos from her wedding to Salim. She didn’t want to be a mother—and now we see her glowing, happy, with a baby bump. So yeah…
The idea that we must stick to our desires no matter what isn’t exactly how the Universe works. It gives us not what we want, but what it knows we need. And in Carol and Salim’s wedding, the love and warmth of their friends and family were the true essence of the celebration. Hugs, knowing glances, laughter—and the communion of a real Argentine asado, right in the middle of Switzerland.
